Payment
A valid card will be put on file when first appointment is scheduled either by phone or online booking service
Payment will be received either when scheduled or following the appointment depending on the preference of the client
Payments will be accepted in the form of cash or card
If a client fails to show up for an appointment without a 24 hour advance warning
The first offense will result in 50% of service price being paid
The second and third offense will result in the service being paid in full
Any future appointments made after the third offense will be paid in full in advance
Client Restrictions
Anybody under the age of 18 will not be able to receive a massage at this location
Massage Therapist reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime
Children and pets are not welcome to wait in the house as we want all clients to achieve complete relaxation
Informed Consent
Before the first session the client will sign a consent form
Before every session the massage therapist will discuss the treatment plan beforehand with the client
Client Intake forms
Before the first appointment the client will fill out a client intake form
It will be the clients responsibility to keep the massage therapist informed of any new medical information
Time
Clients are expected to show up 10 minutes before their first appointment to leave ample time to read over Policies and Procedures, fill out the client intake form, meet your massage therapist and prepare for the session.
After the first appointment clients are expected to show up 5-10 minutes early to prepare for the session so that we can begin on time insuring the client gets the full massage time
If a client shows up late the session will end the length of the service from the scheduled appointment time. And full payment will be issued
Boundaries
Each client will have the choice to leave on as much clothing that makes them comfortable for the treatment
The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse service to the client at any time, and the client will be required to pay for the full service
Sexual advances verbal or physical will not be tolerated
Massage Therapists will only undrape one part of the body at a time
Confidentiality
Any medical and personal information disclosed during the appointment will be kept confidential
Discounts
All discount offered will only be available within selected time frame no exceptions
Gift cards will not be accepted post expiration date stated
